The duct route, available access panels and fan location shape the scope. Existing drawings, previous reports or photographs are helpful when available. We discuss roof entry, ceiling spaces and site permissions before quoting. Sections that cannot be safely reached are identified rather than counted as cleaned.
A restaurant operator and building manager may both need to help arrange the visit. Tell us who controls the roof or plant area, any induction requirements and when the kitchen is out of use. After-hours cleaning is available by arrangement, subject to access and scheduling.
